My product is missing parts.
Every effort is made to ensure that our products arrive complete and in a satisfactory condition in line with our product guarantee policy. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU OPEN ALL MERCHANDISE UPON RECEIPT TO INSPECT IT IN ORDER TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS POLICY. However, if you find that parts are missing from your product, please contact customer service for assistance.
When will my pre-order arrive?
A pre-order is an item that is NOT yet in stock but is either being manufactured or is en-route to our warehouse. The estimated pre-order shipping date is listed in the product description. You will receive email updates on pre-ordered items and notifications of any date changes.
