Payment Plans (FuturePay)

A BIG Chief Payment Plan is a payment installment option available for pre-order items, allowing customers to budget for their collectables with an affordable monthly payment schedule.

BIG Chief Payment Plans are administered by WorldPay. This recurring payment system Is called FuturePay, which is similar to a direct debit or standing order arrangement, but the regular payments are automatically debited using your card details instead of your bank account.

How do Payment Plans work?

Shop for your pre-order item within our online store:

  1. Add the item to your shopping cart (note only 1 item can be added per payment plan).

Calculate the amount you will pay each month:

  1. Select the number of payment installments.
  2. Choose the date that suits you each month.

Agree to the Terms and Conditions:

  1. You must acknowledge and agree to the Cancellation Fees.
  2. Click to place your pre-order.

Create an account or sign In to the WorldPay Shopper Management System (SMS):

  1. You will be taken to a secure area of WorldPay’s website to enter your card details, which will be securely recorded. 
  2. Choose a username and password to access the WorldPay Shopper Management System (SMS) in order to view your payments, change your agreement, or cancel your agreement at any time.

Are Payment Plans available for in stock items?

No, Payment Plans are available for pre-order items only.

What are my payment options for a Payment Plan?

We accept MasterCard, Visa and Maestro. We do not accept American Express. Payments are accepted in pounds sterling (£). Please note that we are unable to accept payment via PayPal, cheque or money order for Payment Plan instalments.

What is the duration of my FuturePay agreement?

The FuturePay recurring payment agreement will continue for the number of monthly payment instalments that you selected, or until either you or we choose to end it.

If I select a Payment Plan when will I receive my item?

Items purchased by Payment Plan will be shipped to customers once the goods have come into stock and the last payment has been charged and cleared. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are added to the last payment.

When will my card be charged?

Your debit or credit card will be charged monthly on the selected payment date, or within five business days of the date that you selected for the item's Payment Plan schedule.

Will I incur any charges?

You are able to pay by debit or credit card and you will not incur any card surcharges.

How do I cancel my Payment Plan?

You can cancel your agreement at any time by logging into the WorldPay Shopper Management System (SMS) or by contacting us. Please note if you cancel your FuturePay agreement, this does not cancel your pre-order with us, nor will you receive a refund by cancelling via the WorldPay Shopper Management System (SMS).

Do cancellation fees apply to items on a Payment Plan?

Yes, cancellation fees apply if you cancel your pre-order of an item on a Payment Plan. See Cancellation Fees for more information.

Refunds

If you cancel your pre-order within 14 days of placing your order you will receive a full refund.

If you choose to cancel your pre-order after the 14 day period, you will receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit amount, or if the item does not have a non-refundable deposit, you will be charged £10.00 administration fee per monthly payment instalment paid.
