When placing your pre-order you may pay for the non-refundable deposit at checkout using any of our current payment options. We are unable to accept payment for pre-order deposits by cheque or money order. Your balance payment is due once the item has come into stock.

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your returned item(s).
Your credit card will normally be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s). In the case of a pre-order deposit, you will be charged the deposit amount stated in the product description at the time of ordering. If you have selected to pay by Payment Plan, you will be charged the corresponding amount each month, as set out in the original agreement when you first placed your pre-order.
