Just the Ticket!

Have a query regarding an order? A problem with a product? We are here to help. Our new Support Help Desk is now online and available for all customers. Seeking help could not be easier. Simply click on the “Support” link in the top bar of our website and you will be presented with two options: 
Option 1 - Returning customers
Enter your user name and password and sign in to your account.
Option 2 - Don’t have an account?
If you do not have an account with us enter your email address, your name, select the type of query from the drop down menu and fill in your issue in the box provided.
Once you have signed in to your account you will be able to see a list of any previously created Support Tickets, or you can create a new Support Ticket.
To create a new Support Ticket simply click on the “New Support Ticket” button. 
Using the drop down menus select the order number for which you may have a support query, then the appropriate product and the support subject. 
Then enter the details of your query into the message box provided. 
If your query is not related to a particular order, or product you have ordered, you can select “No Order Number” and “No Product” from the drop down menus.
Finally click on the “Submit Ticket” button and your query will be sent to our Customer Support Team. 
Once we have received your support query and responded appropriately, you will receive an email altering you that a reply has been sent. If your query requires further clarification, or you have additional questions, you may continue to submit replies against the open Support Ticket. Once your query has been resolved, we will close the Support Ticket. 
If you continue to have further problems, even after the Support Ticket has been closed, you can still send a new message.
With the new Support Help Desk we aim to respond to all support queries within 48 to 72 hours. However, please note that during busy periods the time it takes to respond to your queries may increase.
We are working hard to provide the very best customer care and hope that the Support Help Desk will provide a more streamlined service for our customers.
